In 2007, Emma and Matthias Lehner founded the fitness studio brand Bodystreet in Munich. After intensive concept work and a two-year pilot phase, in July 2009 they presented their franchise model. With more than 270 special interest studios in Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Italy and the USA, Bodystreet is one of the most innovative systems in the industry. The success factors are EMS training, a micro-studio concept and franchising. In 2015, the company was awarded the "DFV Franchise Marketing Award" and in 2016 the DFV “Franchise System of the Year”. In addition, Bodystreet was awarded the "German Fairness Prize" in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
